Clockwyz March Madness Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsor

The Clockwyz March Madness Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Clockwyz, a product of ViviScape LLC (“Sponsor”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, or the NCAA.

2. Eligibility

This Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of ViviScape LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on March 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on March 20, 2025. Entries submitted after this deadline will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To participate, entrants must:
1️⃣ Follow Clockwyz on at least one of the following platforms: [LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram]
2️⃣ Comment their Final Four predictions on the designated Giveaway post.
3️⃣ Tag at least one friend in their comment.
4️⃣ Register for updates via the provided link to confirm participation.

Each person may enter only once. Duplicate entries or multiple accounts will be disqualified.

5. Winner Selection & Prizes

Winners will be selected based on their Final Four predictions and a random bonus drawing:

🏆 1st Place – $100 Gift Card (correct Final Four prediction)
🥈 2nd Place – $50 Gift Card (3 correct teams)
🥉 3rd Place – $25 Gift Card (2 correct teams)
🎁 Bonus Drawing – One random participant will win a $25 Gift Card, regardless of prediction accuracy.

If multiple entrants correctly predict all Final Four teams, a random draw will determine the winner.

6. Winner Notification

Winners will be announced on April 8, 2025, after the NCAA Championship Game. They will be notified via direct message or email and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Prize Distribution

Prizes will be delivered electronically via email. Clockwyz is not responsible for incorrect email addresses, lost, or misdirected emails.

8. Publicity & Rights

By entering, participants grant Clockwyz the right to use their name, social media handle, and likeness in promotional materials related to this Giveaway without additional compensation.

9. General Conditions

• Clockwyz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the contest.
• Entries that are incomplete, late, misdirected, or otherwise violate these Terms & Conditions will be disqualified.
• Clockwyz reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to manipulate or interfere with the Giveaway process.

10. Release of Liability

By participating, entrants release Clockwyz, ViviScape LLC, and affiliated partners from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of a prize.

11. Privacy Policy

Participant information will only be used for administering this Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
