Feedback Request Disclaimer and Terms

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on the Clockwyz app! Your input is valuable to us. By participating, you have a chance to win a $25 gift card. Please review the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility
   • Participants must be at least 18 years old and residents of the United States.
   • Employees of Clockwyz and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. No Purchase Necessary
   • No purchase is necessary to participate in this feedback request or to qualify for the gift card drawing.
3. Prize Details
   • 10 gift cards will be given out via email and will be sent to the email that was used to create the free Clockwyz account.
   • One (1) $25 gift card will be awarded to one of the first participants that provide detailed, informative, and impactful feedback.
   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
4. Submission Deadline
   • All feedback must be submitted by January 17, 2025, 5:00 PM CST to qualify for the drawing.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
   • The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
   • Winners will be notified via email within 10 business days after the submission deadline. If the winner does not respond within 5 days, another winner may be chosen.
6. Privacy and Data Usage
   • Your feedback will be used solely to improve the Clockwyz app.
   • Any personal information collected will be kept confidential and will not be shared or sold to third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
   • By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Clockwyz and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.
8. Right to Modify or Cancel
   • Clockwyz reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
9. Void Where Prohibited
   • This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
